Very true.
You know, after the Orange County financial collapse, I wrote a paper in my Rice Law & Economics class that argued for greater oversight of both government agency investments and and regulatory oversight for derivative markets.
The professor gave me an A, but didn't approach me about publishing. If only, if only.
Would that be cross-dressing Dagobert Brito? My only A of any sort at Rice? Love the man.
